At Bubbly Paw, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us at support@bubblypaw.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Step 2: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions, including the return address.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@bubblypaw.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
